This one does it's job, simple but effective.
This feature is included in my modification of the Generalbot.

Features:
1. Sends a mass message to users and ops.
2. +mass and +mmop commands.

Commands:
+mass Message To send to all users
+mmop Message to send to all OPs

Installation Instructions:
1. Unzip or put in the /scripts folder
2. Start the Hub software.
