I like this script because you can have a semi-private chat room.
Users can log in and out if they don't like the annoying messages. I think
this is better than any VIP only chat.Features:
1. Chat channel where users can log in and out, as they choose
2.
Admin's can lock it, so no other users can get in, unless invited
by an op
3. Users can also be invited to join that

Installation Instructions:
1. Put in the /scripts folder
3. Start the Hub software,.
3. PM the bot with the command "help" for a list of new ommands available
